Como encontrar un e-mail de mi hermanita desde su casilla del trabajo, su primer trabajo corporativo (Es decir en una empresa grande, multinacional)

Soy súper feliz leyéndola, sabiendo que está bien, que está creciendo... ella no lo sabe, pero me enorgullece tanto, que me alegra infinitamente el día.

Si tuviera en casa una impresora, probablemente, imprimiría el email y le pondría un marquito. Y es que la felicidad que una hermana puede darle a su hermana mayor, es increiblemente pura, increiblemente feliz, se expande a todas partes!!!

Te quiero hermanita! Te deseo lo mejor de la vida y que este círculo que abres te traiga mucha felicidad, aprendizajes, perspectiva y buenísimas experiencias.

4 por tres son los items de cosas que tengo por hacer para cerrar mi círculo en Filipinas (es decir 12 cosas)

5 pm es la hora en la que estaré en la oficina para pedir papelitos, algunos beneficios y saludar a todos.

6 son los kilos que me he propuesto bajar con mi nueva dieta :)

7 am del domingo es mi deadline para aquella decisión importante!

Desde el Desayuno uno sabe cómo va ser el Almuerzo

Cuando inicias una nueva experiencia, el abuelo sabio de un amigo dice "Desde el Desayuno ya sabes cómo va ser el almuerzo" y es sumamente cierto.

Mi experiencia de este 2009 ha sido dura en todos los aspectos. He aprendido, he desaprendido, he corregido y quiero creer que he crecido.

Es difícil pensar cómo los ciclos se acaban... como cada círculo que vivimos es para hacernos sólo más fuerte y para elevarnos al siguiente nivel.



Esta es mi manera, suave en comunicación, al grano, trato de ser honesta (aunque a veces duela), trato de ser real (aunque es complicado explicarlo de un sólo pepo), trato de querer con todo el corazón, trato de hacer las cosas con cariño, con objetividad, trato de mantener mi ética y mi escala de valores, trato de crecer y sacar beneficio de cada experiencia.

Creo que tomaré este test de competencias... para ver qué tanto he crecido, evolucionado. Emocionante saber que existen posibilidades alrededor, emocionante saber que aprender, crecer y ser feliz es una decisión PERSONAL, que cada quien aprende lo que le conviene, crece lo que está a su alcance y es feliz en la medida que se lo permita a sí mismo.

POst sin sentido, sólo para decir que estoy en un momento de toma de decisión relativamente GRANDE y que tengo mil preguntas, mil cuestionamientos, miles de ganas de hacerlo bien, de recibir y dar, de ganar! Tengo un corazón grande que se apoya en la mente y las señales que encuentra a su paso...

Happy Independence Day - to The Philippines

Happy Independence Day Philippines!

Just wanted to share this e-mail I got from a filipina friend in the office, regarding to the Philippine National Holiday, June 12th.

June 12 was a historic event in the Philippines because on this day back 1898, as far as I know is was a declaration of independence of the Philippines from the colonial rule of Spain after the latter was defeated at the Battle of Manila Bay during the Spanish American war. It was also the first that the Philippine flag was officially hoisted and the Philippine National March played in public.

Philippine government make some program for that to commemorate the event it was televise sometimes but during these days not all Filipino joined and participate for this. But the good thing is some of the Filipino community on the other country have their own program to celebrate this.

just to share you a story just this morning around 9, on my way here in the office I caught in traffic because there's a parade of Firetrucks at first I felt sad because I thought there is a fire but when I saw them passed
I just smiled for myself because I saw that there is banner attached on the Firetruck saying " join us let's celebrate Independence" in Filipino language. It was first time to see it, i'm not aware :)

Midnight Notes from the Office

I'm a process in which a lot can happen. Again I'm pretty sure life is amazing, luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity. I am FULL of joy today, since I am ready to convert purpose, path and the moment into one single thing...

NOW :)

I am very happy to share part of my life in this blog, everytime I log in here I have something possitive, some learning and some colorful thing to share. I realize sometimes life goes to fast to actually say "THANK YOU" for all the great experiences that I am living.

I also realize its never late to say some things, like:

Uno de estos días...

Finalmente uno de estos días tengo que sentarme a escribir directamente en blogger para poder expresar lo que siento, registrar y descargar todo este mar de sensaciones que han sido fuente de momentos alegres y "con-potencial-de-ser-10,000-veces-más-alegres" en los últimos tiempos.

Cuando gestionas un proyecto, hay n cosas que considerar, pero las tres top para mí son:

* Enfócarse en las acciones que contribuyen en los resultados, que contribuyen al objetivo y que están dentro del propósito y el alcance.

* La gente es el recurso más preciado. Tanto la gente que trabaja para ti, como la gente que te facilita, da soporte y coopera a beneficio de tu proyecto.

* Los cuatro elementos que debes gestionar son: Alcance, Recursos, Presupuesto, Tiempo.

Aprender de libros es una cosa, aprender de experiencia es otra muy distinta. Pienso que la mejor combinación es el balance.

No porque te leíste toda la biblioteca eres un experto. No porque tienes 10 años de eres experiencia eres un erudito. El mejor sabio es aquel que experimenta en carne propia, gestiona en tiempo real y aún así lee, estudia y se compromete seriamente en estudiar con el afán de mejorar su performance y la de su equipo.

Gestionar este proyecto es una de las mejores cosas de esta experiencia en Filipinas. GRACIAS A LA VIDA!
